When I started this site, it was simple. I had a bunch of lessons bouncing around in my head, primarily for managers, and I wanted to share them.
But then something unexpected happened. The more I wrote, the more I realized this was not just about helping other people. It was helping me. Writing gave me space to slow down, untangle the mess, and ask, “Why do we do it that way?” or “Is that process actually helping the team or the company, or just making us feel busy?”
That reflection turned into a habit. A rhythm. A way to sharpen how I lead, one post at a time.
The Knowledge Hub and AI Hub are where I share the practical stuff, tools, and ideas you can use. But this corner of the site? It is different. This is where I step back and ask broader questions.
What should a manager do?
What if we rebuilt how work works from the ground up?
Recently, I started watching Ted Lasso. I was late to the show, but it got to me. I loved his optimism. I loved how he carried himself with curiosity, clarity, and care. Even though it is just a TV show, it pushed me to finally create this section I had been thinking about for a while. A place to slow down again, to rethink what we do and why. What is rooted in purpose, and what is just legacy?
It is not polished. It is not finished. But it is honest.
And I am building it in real time.
